To ensure your order arrives before Christmas:

• Standard Delivery (EVRi): We recommend placing orders no later than 17th December.
• DPD Next Day Delivery: Place your order by 20th December for delivery on Monday, 23rd December.

Note: Delivery services are subject to courier schedules and weather conditions. We strongly encourage placing your orders as early as possible to avoid any unexpected delays.

• From 2nd January: Open as usual

Delivery Information

Delivery options will depend upon your location, stock availability, total order value, and the total size/weight of your order.

Delivery costs will be calculated when your preferred delivery option has been selected based on the delivery address and the goods in your basket.

Royal Mail deliveries will have no online tracking information. All other delivery options will be fully trackable, and a signature will be required.

Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm on working days (excludes weekends and bank holidays).

Please note there is a 4pm cut-off for Next Day delivery options.

Standard delivery (2–3 day service) is available on UK mainland (excludes Highlands & Islands).
