Description

The Mitras 910001 Universal Aluminium Overbox is designed as a repair solution for damaged recessed meter boxes. Rather than removing and replacing the existing meter box, the overbox is fixed directly to the brickwork surrounding it, providing a clean and durable external enclosure.

Manufactured from white powder-coated aluminium, the IS5001 Universal Overbox measures approximately 660mm wide x 810mm high x 100mm deep and is supplied with the required fixings.

This product is intended for installation around an existing recessed meter box. Customers should check the condition, position and dimensions of the existing meter box before ordering to ensure the overbox is suitable for the application.

Installation

The Mitras 910001 Universal Overbox is screwed directly to the brickwork surrounding the existing recessed meter box. This allows a damaged or unsightly recessed meter box to be covered without removing the existing enclosure.
