Description

The Mitras G01039 replacement gas meter box door is designed for the current recessed gas meter box, providing a direct replacement for a damaged, missing or worn door without the need to replace the complete meter box.

Manufactured from Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) with a brown finish, the G01039 replacement door measures 383mm wide x 550mm high. It is supplied with the latch and pin hinges already fitted for installation onto a compatible recessed gas meter box.

This is a replacement door only and is not supplied as a complete gas meter box. Customers should check the model, door design and dimensions of their existing meter box before ordering to ensure compatibility.

Compatibility

The Mitras G01039 is designed as a replacement door for the current Mitras recessed gas meter box. It is not a universal meter box door, so check the existing meter box type and compare the 383mm x 550mm door dimensions before ordering.

Installation

The replacement door is supplied with its latch and pin hinges already fitted. The pin hinges are designed to locate into the corresponding hinge points on the compatible recessed gas meter box.
