Description
The Mitras Slimline Recessed Electricity Meter Box M35075 is a space-saving domestic electricity meter enclosure designed for properties where available external wall space is limited. Taller and narrower than a standard recessed meter box, its slimline design is just 279mm wide, making it particularly suitable for smaller homes and developments where a conventional meter box may be too wide.
Despite its narrow profile, the M35075 is suitable for all domestic electricity meters. It features a fitted baseboard and pre-drilled cable entry positions, with cable entry possible through the face of the wall or via the cavity for greater installation flexibility.
Manufactured from durable glass reinforced plastic (GRP), the meter box is weather resistant and designed for long-term outdoor use. The GRP construction will not rot or corrode, while the enclosure is also fire retardant to E.S.I. Standard 12-3.
The Mitras M35075 complies with BS 8567:2012 requirements for outdoor electricity meter cupboards.
